TERMS

Dove Video will provide video production services to the client under the following terms. A 50% deposit will be required upon scheduling the production dates to secure that time. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the final edit before a master can be released. If for some reason the client has to reschedule a confirmed session, the studio must be advised at least fourteen days prior, to avoid any complications. Dove Video does not provide storage for master recordings or duplications after a project is completed, and is not responsible for such articles. The client has three business days to view the final edit after notice has been given. If the client does not contact the studio during that time, the studio assumes there are no changes to be made. In some cases, if a digital back up has to be made, to keep final edit information, there will be a $450 back-up fee. The client is responsible for all agreed upon fees as indicated above, and any legal fees and collection fees due as a result of inability to meet the financial requirements of this agreement. A service charge of 1.5 % per month will be added to outstanding invoices past 30 days.
